Overview

MSD (Management of Service Delivery) is a complete ERP system for management, daily operation and control in places of services. The system is oriented towards improvement of the most important aspect of these places – the customer servicing.

In addition to standard features such as nomenclatures, deliveries and sales, brand new innovative approaches are used in MSD. They solve a wide range of problems, regarding the management of the work-schedule and the service reservation. The reservation is the main part of the system foundation, and the remaining parts of the process - service, client, employee, schedule and work place/device - are build around it.

MSD combines glad and user-friendly interface with quick and easy navigation. As the system is web-based, it affords great opportunities for work in LAN with different access levels for the users. Moreover, only a single installation (on one of the computers in the network) is needed.

One of the main system features is the fact MSD is based on 100% free technologies and you do not need to buy any additional software. All necessary prerequisite are installed autamatically during the system installation.

Technical Foundation

MSD is a .NET based technology consisting of the following components:

• SQL Server Database The back-end of MSD contains the data and stored procedures encapsulating data-related business logic.
• MSD Classes The Microsoft .NET classes are divided into 3 projects - Data, Foundation and Web.
• Web Front-end ASP.NET web portal, which provides access to the MSD screens.
